Returns & Refunds

We want you to wake up loving your Sonna. If it's not right, here's how returns work.

Pre-orders. Sonna is currently a pre-order, with shipping estimated for Q4 2026. You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships — just email contact@neurex.tech.

30-night trial. Once your Sonna arrives, sleep with it. If it's not for you, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return — even if you've used it — as long as it's clean and returned with its original packaging and accessories. You'll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to return. To start, email contact@neurex.tech. Returns must be sent to:

If accepted, we'll email you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damages & issues. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards and final-sale items can't be returned.

Exchanges. The fastest way to swap is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days — your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, email contact@neurex.tech.
